Is there anything I should do to prepare for my service?
Please remove all excess items from the area being serviced.
Please contain all pets for their safety.
Please designate an area to park the work vehicle, as close to the home/building as possible.
Please call 24 hours in advance for appointment modifications.
What can I expect when PIR Carpet services my home/workplace?
You can expect professional and courteous team members (min. 2), a clean work vehicle, state of the art equipments, consideration for your belongings, and of course, guaranteed satisfaction.
Will every spot be removed from my carpet/ couch?
We will remove as many spots as possible. However, depending on the cause and duration of the spot, a permanent stain can form.
Causes:
Pet Urine, Dark/ Bright Juice's, Sodas & Improper Cleaning Products.
Solutions:
Dye the stained area or remove the stained area and replace with new carpeting.
Why does my carpet show dark/light spots in different areas?
Shading is normally found in high traffic areas and is not caused by dirt, but by multidirectional foot traffic. This traffic forces the carpet to lie in opposite directions. Depending on the angle it is viewed in, it can look either lighter or darker.
How long will it take for my carpet to dry?
This depends on the size of the area cleaned and the ventilation throughout the home or building. However, carpets can take about 4-7 hours to dry. To ensure a faster drying process, we advise the use of all fans and for the AC to be as cool as possible.
